Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces

  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • For serving: white or brown rice

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.

  3. Add the minced fresh garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  4. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  5. Bring to a simmer, then add the broccoli florets.

  6. Cook for 4-5 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.

  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy.
