Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken pieces and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.

Add the minced fresh garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Bring to a simmer, then add the broccoli florets.

Cook for 4-5 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
